Orange City Public Library employees are employees of the City of Orange City and follow the City of Orange City Policies for Non-Union Employees (2006). Please contact the city office for a copy of this manual.

Policies pertaining to employment that are additional to, or that are different from, the City Policies for Non-Union Employees (2006) have been approved by the Library Board of Trustees on 2/14/2012. Please contact the Administrative Librarian for a copy of these policies.
